Great basic hotel with helpful and welcoming staff. The single lift is slow and we were often waiting several minutes, that’s my only criticism. Breakfast is basic, just about worth the money or you can eat in plenty of places nearby. You know what you’re

Special mention about the extremely good hospitality of their Front office staff Mario who went all out of the way in procuring a kettle for our room since I was sick with a bad throat! Thank you so much for the gesture. Greatly appreciated.

I trust the IBIS brand and it never disappoint me. This hotel is so clean and cozy. Employees are so kind. I enjoyed my trip in Madrid a lot. I recommend this place:)

Nice relatively small chain hotel coveniently located for many local attractions and perfectly connected through close by Metro stations to all parts of Madrid. Friendly staff. Good sleeping conditions due to spacious rooms, sound proof windows and air co
