This hotel is located at the heart of the town, surrounded by shopping streets, bars and restaurants. There is a stop for the public transport to be found in the hotel's vicinity lying approximately 500 m from the hotel. Old Trafford football stadium can easily be reached by making use of public transport (around 10 minutes journey time). The city's airport is roughly 14 km from the hotel.
Manchester Airport (9 miles): Approximately 20-minute drive from the
airport, or 30 minutes on the train to Piccadilly Station. A tram can be
caught at Piccadilly to G-mex which is located across the road from the
hotel. Driving Directions: From the North follow road signs for the M56
- Manchester. The M56 becomes the A5103 heading for the city centre.
This continues on for approximately 4 miles until you reach the
Roundabout at the end of the A5103. Take the second exit, signposted
City Centre. At the first set of traffic lights go straight ahead and at
the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Great Bridgewater
Street. Jurys Inn Manchester is located on the right. Manchester
Piccadilly Station (1 mile): Either a 10-minute walk or a short journey
on the Tram from GMEX Tram Stop. From the front of the hotel, turn right
and proceed to Oxford Road. Proceed straight ahead up Portland Street to
Picadilly Gardens. Take the right exit at the top of Piccadilly Gardens
and Piccadilly Train Station is directly in front of you as you walk
along London Road.
