Apartment is ok but being woken up every day at 8am by building work in apartment below banging and drilling from 8am to 7pm just ruined our holiday

We arrived at 11.30pm after paying 90 euros to get taxi transfer to ensure we made check in by midnight. I had requested a later time but my requests were ignored.we could not get in gate and phone number was disconnected. It turns out guy had disappeare

Dump but Dutch bar staff excellent could not do more for us when we with other visitors to find our apts.were cancelled on day we arrived through booking. com but landlord had not been seen for a week but money still taken from account but real nightmare
